The terms and conditions of use are the terms on which The Naked Baker Limited allows you access to our website and the services which we provide. By using our website, you will be considered to have accepted the Terms and Conditions of Use.
Our website and these Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any dispute you have with us will be determined by a New Zealand court.
If any part of these Terms is found not to be valid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that invalidity will not affect the remainder of the Terms, which will continue to be in full force and effect.
We reserve our right to amend these Terms at any time without any notice to you. We may also terminate your access to this website at any time without notice.
The information provided on this website regarding goods and services constitutes an invitation to treat and is not an offer to provide goods and services. When you submit an order, you are making an offer to buy those goods/services in accordance with these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order submitted by you.
We take care to make sure that the content of this website is accurate and up to date. If there is a genuine error relating to the description of a product or service, its price or any other information, we may decline to sell it you, and we accept no responsibility. Where there is any dispute relating to the qualities or price of a product, we may decline to sell it to you.
Prices shown are in New Zealand dollars and include GST where applicable. Prices do not include any associated costs (such as delivery and handling charges) which may be displayed separately and will be your responsibility. We may vary any prices on this website at any time without notice to you.
Products displayed on this site are not necessarily available at any of our physical stores and we do not represent that by being displayed on this site that any such product will be the same price online as it is instore.
We reserve the right to correct any errors.
All payments must be made by you in full.
To the extent permitted by law, we will not be responsible for any damages or consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by you where a credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorised manner.
If there is a problem with your payment (for example, if your credit card transaction is declined), we may contact you to make alternative payment arrangements. You will be liable for all debt collection costs where you fail to make payment for any order when payment is due.
We are committed to protecting the privacy of any personal information that you provide to us. We will collect and retain some information about visitors from the site. If you purchase products from the site, the personal information that we will collect and retain includes your name, telephone number and address. This information will not be disclosed to any individual or company other than those who require the information to process your order. Under the Privacy Act 1993 you have the right to access and correct any information held about you on our database. You may also request that we delete any information from our database.
When you make an order on our website you will be given the option of signing up for messages about our services in the future. We are committed to complying with the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007. All messages you receive from us will include a functional unsubscribe option. You may unsubscribe from our email updates at any time.
We want to ensure that you are happy with the services and goods that we provide. If you have any concerns please contact us in the first instance and we will do what we can to put it right. We will comply with our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If you simply change your mind about an order, it will be at our discretion whether or not to issue a refund.

We have the absolute discretion to, at any time and for any reason whatsoever, terminate all or part of any service provided by us with or without notice effective immediately. We are under no obligation to provide you with reasons for that termination.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of receipt. When orders are received over weekends or public holidays, these will be dispatched as soon as possible when we reopen for business. Please contact us for assistance if your orders are urgent. All orders are sent via Courier Post and will require signature as proof of delivery. If you require a non-signature delivery, or you have additional delivery instructions, please make use of the message box on the checkout form. We are unable to ship orders to customers overseas at this time.
